We operate as a pre-order clothing store, which means our products are ordered specifically for our customers after an order has been placed. This allows us to offer exclusive styles while reducing unnecessary waste and overproduction.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means the item is not immediately in stock and will be specially ordered for you once your payment has been confirmed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the production and shipping timelines outlined below.
Processing & Fulfilment

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been processed, it is placed with our suppliers for production and fulfilment.

Pre-order items typically require 10–20 business days to arrive at our warehouse in South Africa.

During peak seasons or due to supplier or customs delays, fulfilment may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed if significant delays occur.
Shipping Within South Africa
Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, it will be packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated courier delivery times are:

Please note that these delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order was placed.
Shipping Fees
We may also offer free shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
Combined Orders
If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different arrival dates, we may wait until all items have arrived before shipping your order.
If you would prefer separate shipments, additional courier charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
As pre-order items are specially sourced for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been confirmed and submitted to our supplier.
